Terms of Use
These Terms describe the conditions applicable to ROYAL PICK and its YouTube-connected publishing functionality.
1. About ROYAL PICK
ROYAL PICK is an independent sports analytics content workflow operated by an individual creator. It generates data-based sports analysis and original media for publication on the operator's own channels.
2. YouTube Terms
ROYAL PICK uses YouTube API Services. Any authorized use of functionality that connects to YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Users must comply with those terms and with applicable Google and YouTube policies.
3. Authorized access
The current YouTube-connected API client is intended for the operator's own authorized account. Access may not be transferred, resold, sublicensed, or used to operate unrelated third-party YouTube accounts without an appropriate change to the service and its policies.
4. Content and analytics
ROYAL PICK's Royal Score, probabilities, expected scores, and analysis signals are informational analytics. They are not guarantees of sports outcomes, financial returns, or any specific result.
Sports schedules, outcomes, and other factual data may originate from third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or corrected after publication.
5. Acceptable use
Users and operators must not use ROYAL PICK to:
- violate applicable law or third-party rights;
- misrepresent authorization to a Google or YouTube account;
- circumvent YouTube API restrictions or security controls;
- collect or request another person's Google or YouTube password;
- upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
6. Availability
The service may change, pause, or stop because of maintenance, API limits, platform policy changes, third-party service availability, or other operational reasons.
7. Intellectual property
ROYAL PICK branding, original graphics, original videos, and original analysis presentation are owned by their respective rights holder. Third-party trademarks, league names, team names, platform names, and service marks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an informational basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ROYAL PICK does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free data, or the accuracy of every sports prediction.
9. Privacy
The handling of Google/YouTube authorization data and API information is described in the ROYAL PICK Privacy Policy.
